REFUND POLICY

Returns

 

Items that are deemed faulty may be returned to Ellame Designs for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact Ellame Designs within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@ellamedesigns.com. We do not offer returns if you 'change your mind' or from wear and tear. Items can only be returned if they are unworn or unused, in the original packaging and with all the labels still attached. Items that have been customised in anyway cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be offered based on availability. Customised or made-to-measure garments cannot be exchanged and we cannot offer exchanges if you 'change your mind'. Alternations 

If you have supplied the incorrect measurements or your item needs alternations please contact info@ellamedesigns.com 

Order Cancellations

Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled. Each piece is made to order, so once your payment has processed your piece will enter the construction phase.
